Daddy Up can be used without creating an account. If you choose to skip account creation, no personally identifiable information is collected; the app will still ask for a pregnancy due date in order to provide due-date tracking, but this is not tied to your identity.

This information is used solely to provide the features you choose to use within Daddy Up and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Our servers automatically record certain information about how our users use our services (we refer to this information as "Log Data"). Log Data may include information such as a user's Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, mobile device type, browser type, the web page that a user was visiting before accessing our services, the pages or features of our services to which a user browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our services that a user clicked on, and other statistics. We use this information to administer the services and we analyze this information to improve and enhance the services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our users' needs and preferences.
Data Retention
Sycamore Spur, LLC retains user data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Daddy Up app experience. We do not automatically delete user data after a period of inactivity. Data is retained until you request its deletion, as described below.

Third-Party Links and Affiliate Advertising
Daddy Up displays affiliate advertisements, which are clearly marked as ads within the app. If you click an affiliate ad and are taken to a third-party website, any information you provide there is governed by that website's own privacy policy, not this one. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any site you visit through an affiliate link.
Children's Privacy
Daddy Up is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Commitment to Data Security
Your personally identifiable information will be stored on our secure servers. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
Sycamore Spur, LLC does not represent or warranty that your personal information could not become available to third parties. The uploading, emailing, or otherwise making available any information contained in Daddy Up to a third party is the sole responsibility of user. By using this application, you hereby acknowledge that you understand and accept the risk that any information you enter into the application may become available to third parties and that you indemnify and hold harmless Sycamore Spur, LLC from any claim or demand related to that risk.
By submitting or including content in Daddy Up, you grant Sycamore Spur, LLC and any company substantially under the control of the Sycamore Spur, LLC, the right to remove any content or comment that, in Sycamore Spur, LLC 's sole judgment, does not comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. However, you also acknowledge that Sycamore Spur, LLC is under no obligation to police or otherwise monitor any content or comments.
